  1. Go to DSWD and u can pick your own child

  2. I believe you have received inaccurate information. I recently assisted an American family to adopt a Filipina and while waiting in various government offices and at the Dr. we got to observe and chat with a number of Filipino couples who were adopting.

As a matter of fact, the Filipinos had an easier time adopting since the DSW regulations give them priority, especially for babies.

  3. Gosh, I would have thought residents of the Country would be first choice as parents for the child before anyone is allowed to remove them from the Country - this doesn't make much sense

  4. Hello. I know when i went to adopt from the 3rd world countries well in Australia there is a 15 year waiting list and they like one of the parents to be from that country. They said that it is easier to adopt in your own country. I wish you the best of luck and i hope that things go well and don't forget over in your country you can adopt thru alot of agencies as don't just go with one. Good luck again.

  5. Find yourself a good adoption  ageny and they will assist you with the entire process. The internet can be helpful or local state or goverment agencies cas be helpful to.
