in search engines when you type my name (steven abraham) in

it comes up in the 1st page usually between 1 - 5

on google yahoo and live

im a musician

so i dont have much money to spend

and im also in collage

what are ways to advertise my site for free

I use autosurf programs like http://www.topsurfing.net to get free hits to my site. They help a lot in getting your website higher in the search engines. I also have never paid for any advertising and my sites do well in search engines.

well it sounds to me that if your name is popping up between 1 and 5, than your doing a really good job.  Some people can't even get that.  But if you need more tips, you can check out the site below for 2 free pieces of software you can use to get more traffic.

Write and submit articles about your music.  Start a squidoo lens or a Hubpage.  Blogs are great for advertising a site.
