How to afford University of Miami?

this school looks like the best school to go too for me, but the costs are presenting an issue.

i'm not rich. and 32 000 a year is a lot of money. i cant afford tht.

and ino there are such things as financial aid, but UM is private. any advice would be nice

Don't let costs scare you away just yet! You need to contact the financial aid department of UM so that you can get your paper work started and see what you qualify for. Just because they're private doesn't mean they don't offer help to their students. Get a job to help pay for it as well and budget your money well so that you aren't spending too much money on fluff. You can also look into loans. You can also transfer into the school after doing 2 years at a community college, that'll help you pay less for the general ed classes you have to take anywhere. Just make sure the classes you take at a JC will transfer to UM. If you do decide that you still want to go to that school keep yourself in line and graduate in 4 years or less.
