How to align the headlights to a 98 Ford Mustang?

You may need to buy a special tool,  Ford uses on the back of the headlight a very difficult adjuster to reach will just any tool. If you have access to a pep boys or a store like that, they may be able to help you. What you are looking for is tool with a 4 millimeter ratcheting head on the end with a handle about a foot long

pull up against a garage door. you have 2 screws on each headlight. the upper s***w turns the headlight up and the s***w on the side turns the headlight sideways.
