Hi dude,

If you want a second PanCard all you gotta do is apply for an additional card to be used by a family member of yours.

That way you'll get an identical card with the same account number and the same PIN.

Nothing else works, trust me on that.

your question should have been asked in the indian section, no such cards in israel.

however this might help you, A duplicate PAN Card can be issued where :

    *

      The PAN card has been lost/misplaced by the assessee.

    *

      The assessee has not received the PAN card from the Department, even after the dispatch of the same by the Department under certificate of posting.

    *

      There is an error in the PAN card issued to the assessee owing to wrong or incorrect information furnished by the assessee/applicant while filling Form 49A or due to subsequent change of name etc.

      Note : In cases of lost/misplaced PAN Card and error in PAN Cards owing to wrong or incorrect information by the assessee an amount of Rs.10/- may be charged from the assessee for issue of a duplicate laminated PAN Card. They may be asked to use normal tax payment challans.
