How to announce an item i want to buy by model no. or other specifications without searching for it in eBay?

So that i'll be mailed from sellers with price or other info regarding that specific item etc,using eBay mailing link ( must),not outside of eBay i mean,thanks

you could use craigslist.com.  That way, people will use email, unless you post a phone number. Or you could use the old fashioned newspaper ad.

That isn't how eBay works.

If you insist on using eBay, you'll have to search for your items and either bid on them, or use the Buy It Now feature if it's available.
