How to announce awards in a graduation ceremony?

My daughter just finished Pre-K this year and at the awards ceremony the teacher would annouce the child's name and read off all the awards for that child.  The child walked up to the teacher when their name was announced and she would hand them an envelope with the list of awards written on the outside and all of the awards in it.  It sure made it a lot easier when it came to bringing the awards home plus each child walked up only once instead of multiple times.

Is this a graduation ceremony for pre schoolers? If yes, read out the children's names one at a time and they can come collect their certificate, medal, badge what ever. We uses a little stage for them to stand on to recieve their award, and the parents could take photos. It can be a really special and tearful day so make sure that there are tissues ready!
