What are the best answers for this interview questions 1) what do you expect from us the company to you 2) Why do you think your good for this position. And when they ask you tell me something about your self like my life ???? I would be applying for like cashier positions

1. I expect a good career oppurtunity, and to be treated fairly as an employee.  I expect to be treated like a person, and not just a number.  I expect good team work, and I expect people to listen to my ideas.

2.  I'm good for this position because I am a self starter, and a quick learner.  My customers always come first no matter what, and I'm not afraid to smile.  I can talk to people with ease, and also explain things in a way that they'd understand especially if they were asking about store policies.  I have no problem suggestive selling to people, and I take pride in my work.

When they ask about your life, they're basically trying to get a quick idea about your personality.  Tell them about anything you are good at, and what your goals are and you should be fine.  :)
