How to apply best sushi reward?

hi,

i am sushi chef, can i know where and how do i apply the best sushi reward in mine working area englewood, new jersey?

i have seen few restaurant put a sign "the best sushi 2007" or 2006 in front of their cashier counter.

"best of" awards are based on votes sent in to local Newspapers.  Find out which paper does the yearly "best of" issue and ask your best customers to vote for you
