How to apply decals onto a bburago model car?

i just got a subaru wrx model car. however the decals for on the side and what not are not stickers. they arent rub on either. any idea how to apply them?

If they have a paper backing on them just soak them in water and the decal should just come off and then you can apply it to the model.
