well on top i use liquid eyeliner. regular eyeliner will work. pull your eyelid back so it'll be smoother to put the eyeliner on. for the bottom its actually a part to put eyeliner on. just glide it on and viola your good to go.

dor the top, kinda follor the tops of ur eyelashes, and on the bottom apply close to the eye

Dont line the inside!

that makes your eyes look smaller!

if you want to look like britney spears (her

eyes in the videos, anyway)

only line the outer corners of your eyes!

make it thick (not too thick) and apply

alot of mascera.

Then take a light shimmy eyeshadow and

put it in the corner of your eye.

It's definatly flattering towards the eye.

It's easy and non-goof proof!

you apply it either on the outside or the inside of your lashline. if you have small eyes, it would be better to apply it on the outside.

just start from the inner corner of your eye and line it all the way to the outer corner of your eye. basically you just trace your eye.
