How to apply for a job in singapore?

im curently working in dubai and im considering looking for a job in singapore. would it be better to apply thru an agency? or go directly to singapore? would they hire a visit visa? or do i have to secure any license or pass to be able to apply for a job?

You can start your registration with agencies on line while you are in Dubai but they normally want you to visit their office personally to see you & fill in paper work. So I'd sugguest you'd better go to SIN. Don't worry about visit visa because once you are hired, the company will sponsor you with your work visa or employment pass application. However, if you fail to get a job within the period granted by your visit visa, you will have to leave SIN. Do some research to see if what you are doing in needed in the SIN job market. Good Luck
