How to apply for passport ?

I have been working in bangalore for last 11 months. I am from rajasthan. I want to apply a freash passport.

Can I apply from bangalore ?

or I have to apply from my native place.

Pleace help me.

Go to uscis.gov they have all the immigration rules and applications for all your immigration questions..

You can apply from Bangalore and only thing is you must give to the authorities your residential address proof in Bangalore.  If you approach the passport authorities in Bangalore they will guide in this regard.

yes u can apply from banglore. no problems at all. all u need is a residence proof.

you can apply fron anywhere else but you have to follow certain steps i.e some documents u have to submit to your nearest passport office ,that are:

voter identity card,

driving liscence

a bank account proof

Go to your native place from there you can apply for the passport. From Banalore you can apply after completion of minimum of two years continue stay.

- You need to give both address while you are filling up the application form and there may be police inquiry at both places.

- You need to have address proof in Bangalore[ Bang Passbook or a letter from your employer].
