How to apply for the visa to spain, greece or italy any usefull telephone numbers????

My girlfriend is from Phillipines whenever we are planning to go on our holidays we have to apply for visa ( I'm talking about her I'm EU citizen). for example this year we would like to go to Spain can You tell me something about the procedure for outside the UK or EU travellers. Many thanks for help!!!!!!

Perhaps contacting the Philippine Embassy in Madrid and ask them direct, don't rely on unqualified people on this website to give you the wrong info.

I live in Spain and am a Brit residing here, and wanted to travel to Turkey and had conflicting info from people regarding a visa - I called the Turkish Embassy in Madrid (most are based there) and they were so helpful and quick. So don't rely on others go to the horses mouth.
