How to apply for us visa to dependet spouseus .?

my son born in india is now a australlian citizen working in usa E3 visa.He is to marry a indian girl on 24th jan.08.since he is holding E3visa and want to take his wife to USA.Please inform how to apply at US office at NewDelhi.What visa she will get being a wife of australlian citizen working in usa.

Once they are married, your son's wife can apply for her own E-3 visa, as his dependent, in New Delhi.  She will have to complete the required forms, pay the application fee, and schedule a visa interview with a U.S. consular officer.



She must be able to show that your son does have an E-3 visa by providing a copy of the visa or, if he obtained E-3 status in the U.S., the I-797 Approval Notice. She will also, of course, have to prove their relationship; usually a copy of the marriage certificate will be enough.
