How to apply liquid eyeliner?

I have very round eyes and when i apply the liquid eyeliner it make my eyes look to circular,

try different ways..

you can try making it thicker or thiner.. or shorter or you can make it longer with the little tail sticking out the corner of your eye

If you add the liner thicker on the edges of your eye, it will give the illusion of a longer eye.
