I'd love to learn how they do it.. Does anyone know of any online tutorials or how I can get started as a makeup artist?

Just go to the counter and ask them to teach you.

If you want certain looks, just search for them on youtube (ex. "smokey eye tutorial")

And if you want it a career, go to a cosmetology school.
