  1. If you are using liquid eyeliner, you can always wet a Q-tip (damp not soaking) and run it along the top of the line so that it removes some of it, I do this all the time. Sometimes I just l**k my finger and do it if I'm not a Q-tip and water. You can't really do this if you put eyeshadow on before the eyeliner, you would just need to keep practicing it.

  2. practice practice practice practice practice practice practice

  3. use a pencil eyeliner (like the ones you can sharpen), keep your hand steady and try to do the line as close to the lash-line as possible

  4. Yes u have to do the line near ur lashes like if you have to join them together. hope u get what i mean, you have to put it between ur lashes. thats the perfest way to get a very thin line

  5. Hello,

NOTE: This if from personal experience and is my opinion. Use advice at your discretion.

Well, applying thin eyeliner is very hard, so I can see why you would ask this! Applying eyeliner is said to take a LOT of practice, and even then can only be done perfectly by a makeup artist! Hahaha, I'm not sure if I believe that or not, but it is definately hard (I know from experience).

I've read in magazines that the best way to apply eyeliner is to put VERY small dots along your lashline. Then, use small, thin, feathery strokes to connect the dots, basically.

Make sure that your eyeliner pencil is very sharpened for good results (thin eyeliner line). It might take a couple of tries, but it will definately work out for you eventually! For liquid liner, use the same tips, except only use the tip of your brush.

Oh, and by the way, the best makeup remover (in case you make a small mistake) is to (yes, it might sound disgusting, but it works!) put a little bit of your saliva (spit) on a cottonswab and rub it off. It works! If not, put a little bit of makeup remover on a cotton swab and you will achieve the same results hopefully.

Good luck! I hope this helps & I hope this is the best answer =)
