Can some one guide me on how to contact consumer court to file a case?

you file ur case with nearest Deputy Commissioner, bcos he is the chairman of consumer greivances redresal forum in distt level.

u need to give preliminary evidence in writing, followed by an affidavit in support of your grievances to the district consumer forum.

if they find some strength in your matter then they will summon both parties for hearing  after 15 days.
