How to arrange substances in order of decreasing average molecular speed at 25 centigrade- argon, flurine,CO2,

THE ANSWER IS helium>oxygen>fluorine>argon>CO2

but I don't know exactly how I can figure it out Please help me step by step

  1. More massive molecules have a lower speed. Lighter molecules have a higher speed, if all are at the same temperature.

    He = 4.00 g/mole

    O2 = 32.0 g/mole

    F2 = 38.0 g/mole

    Ar = 40.0 g/mole

    CO2 = 44.0 g/mole
