How to artificially acquire ESP?

Hi friends,

I felt something that we could acquire Extra Sensory Perception artificially. How is that possible? I would try in my house so please say the whole details if you can.

I don't think it's artificial. I think it's something each of us, just some of are more inclined to it than others, in the sense that we each have different "gifts" in life. Some of us are really smart. Some of us are good at math. Some are musical geniuses. But I think deep down somewhere we all have these abilities. It's easier than you think it is.

What to do?? Learn to protect yourself with pure white light (cause once open, you'll attract things)--see it as Divine white light and it surrounds your enitre being, and your aura completely, but don't just "wear" it, see it infusing your entire body, every cell.

And then meditate daily. HOw long is up to you. The object is to learn to quiet the mind "chatter" to be better able to hear your instinctive voice. You know that tiny little voice in the back of your mind that tells "you really shouldn't do that" or "do this" and you're not sure where it comes from except that you feel compelled to follow it to the point that it makes you feel awful and just plain wrong if you don't? Yeah, that one. That's ESP. We all have it. It grows stronger when you learn to listen to it.

it also helps to practice listening to it. Follow what it tells you. You'll find it growing stronger.

Being none, you would have to approach it the mystical style.

As in meditation, yoga techniques, guided visualization, working with crystal quartzes etc.

Roughly put, meditating, you will have to ask/wait for certain channels to be opened. Deepening in this practice it is said that leads to ESP awareness.

In visualization practices, you will have to imagine, at first, the way things and/or people are, look, feel and whatever; then, the imaginary/memory effort should be decreased and replaced by images/sounds/feelings about remote stuff created in the brain without the use of ordinary senses (eyes are closed etc.)

There is a plethora of info about quartzes on the internet. Sometimes, simply keeping one close to you can trigger ESP-like phenomena. There is a classification of each type of stones again, at the simplest search.

Do you acquire it or does it acquire you. If your brain is a receptor and you are not experiencing the dis-synchronous symptoms of ESP, then your mind is cluttered. Clear the clutter out.

I don't think anyone can honestly answer this for you, since we really don't have anyone who has demonstrated that they have such powers to begin with. And Jose Silva is no exception, just someone making money off gullibility. You'll find plenty of apocryphal stories, anecdotal coincidences and urban legends, but nothing in the way of solid evidence. If we don't have at least one person who can demonstrate ESP, then we really don't have any way of teaching ESP to others, and we don't have any basis for believing in ESP let alone understanding it in a theoretical way.
