How to ask my mom if i can wear makeup

my mom says that makeup is only to atract boys- i want it because i think a little blush and mascara makes me look to pretty!

i want to tell her that but she wont believe me! i need help finding a way to ask her!! help!!

im stuck there too. My mom doesnt understand that i am growing up and want to be like other girls. Dont try to sneak it in a conversation just say it and hope for the best.
