How to ask this at salons?

im gonna get my hair done on saturday (going to a new place) and is there anyway i can ask so that when they're done and they blow dry it...they dont make my hair point in kinda like a bob. it just fits around my face and it drives me insane. i want my hair to blow dried but not to the point where it's like completely straightened. is there something i can ask for them to do? like put in a certain type of mouse or something?

It mite be easier for u to ask them not to blow dry ur hair at all. that way ur hair wont fit around ur face and its cheaper not to have it blow dried.

just tell them that you don't want your hair completely straightened... that way they will just towel-dry it and then blow dry it messy without the round brush that way it won't stick to your face :P and yeah just explain what you want and im sure they'll be able to help you :) don't be shy they'll do what you want because after all you are the one paying them right? :) and im sure a little mouse may help as well if you want a little more consistency... but idk... :P i'm not the hairdresser... ask them! good luck! :) hope that helped :P

you can ask for anything you want..just tell them that's what they are there for is to make you happy..maybe either ask them to scrunch it with some mousse and gel in it then use a diffuser to blow dry it so its a dry curly look or maybe they could dry it and straighten it out then ask them to put some texture creme on the ends to make it kinda piecey looking!
