How to attach sand paper to the Kirby Turbo Sander...

Question

How do you attach the sandpaper to a Kirby Turbo Sander attachment? All I see on the bottom is a rubber pad with adhesive at both ends, but slipping the paper under this adhesive does not create a bond. Is there another part that I may be missing?
