How to attract customers for a car wash that your running if your eleven and twelve years old?

we handed out flyers to cars and directly to people and we told everyone we saw and we stood on the side of the road with signes and nothing happened and we also decided to have a yard sale combined with the car wash so do you have any suggestions on how to attract customers we also had 6 people helping us so is that to many?

Try having signs at intersections in bright colors like orange and lime green and yellow.  Make the letters big, bold, and in black magic marker so people can see it.

put signs out on the road saying sale/car wash pointing your your way and sell cookies and lemon aid too! =]

well if your not making profit then six is too many because if you do make money then you wont get much. and to fix your problem put up signs at intersecions or just try and change location.

it sounds like your doing all the right things. maybe you could ask some friends to spread the word. not everything will happen at once so maybe you should just relax and eventually they will come. dont worry! and keep up the good work! hope this helps :]
