How to audition for a TV show like iCarly when I live so far away?

I always see guest stars on shows like that and I was just wondering how they did that.

guest stars are stars who guest on the show.  They get their roles directly from the producers and directors of the show. The answer to your question is that you don't.

For guest starring you'd probably have to be/live in California since the show is filmed there. You'd probably have to audition for the role and the producers will pick you if they think you're good as the character.
