How to avoid CBD and ERP charges to River Valley road?

I work at River Valley Road near Mohammed Sultan Road, How can I drive from Tampines to River Valley Road avoiding the CBD gantry and ERP at CTE and PIE?

From Tampines, go by the PIE in the direction of Jurong, exit at Stevens Road. Then get on Scotts Road, to Paterson Road and from there, turn left on the junction to River Valley Road. This way you avoid all the gantries.
