How to avoid discolouration of apples and bananas in fruit salad?

  2. lemon sours the salad and lemonaide does the same and adds a fruity summery tang... freeze bananas first to keep them firm and try not to use older fruit... try and use bananas that are still a little greener on their skins   mmmmmmmmm yummy
