How to avoid distractions???plssss help me?

am a high scul 1st year boy....i am trying to prepare for iit jee exam.......but i hav too many distractions.......i get distracted by tv,computer,etc......experts pls give me an advice how can i prepare for the exam and how can i avoid these distractions......i ll be thankful to u if u could giv me suggestions......

make a study group with your friends..i mean, with your study friends. if u don't have any, start looking for one.

if your study friends distract you even more, just go to the library..and study alone..
