How to avoid passing wind from spicy foods?

i eat a lot of spicy chicken fajitas, nacho chips with strong salsa, ground beef burritos, specially baked mexican tacos, spicy chilly peppers that i cant get enough off as my everyday meals. however, lately i pass a lot of wind during the day and mostly during class time when the gases condense at my bottom because i sit on a chair all day. i try not to but sometimes i can't help it and i have to otherwise it hurts. i always lie if somebody questions if it was me or if somebody points out the foul odor to the teacher, i'm always quiet. but lately they seem to be able to track the smell to me and i feel ashamed when they give me that look when i lie and say it wasn't me. i really like eating these types of foods and wouldn't dream of giving some of them up.

how do i stop this from happening without altering my eating habits TOO much? is there some kind of pill/treatment to prevent these vapors from erupting?

  1. Use Beano drops....seriously....they work! You simply put 5-6 drops into your first bite (it has no taste).

  2. eat more cheese, go to the bathroom and f**t for like 5 minutes and then go back to class.

  3. nope.you have to control yourself from eating to much food.you can eat but with medium take.

  4. eat probiotics. for example Yakult.

  5. Beano.

  6. Still eat your favorite foods but less often. You can't go around farting like that for the rest of your life. Many people will start avoiding you. If it gives you such terrible gas you need to practice moderation in eating those foods. I love cole slaw but it does the same thing to me. So I only eat in on occasion. It's just common sense.
