How to avoid probable future long term problems after 4th Degree Episiotomy? What types of problems may be permanent? Suppose, now I became completely healed after 5 or 6 weeks of Episiotomy; but after 2 or 5 years, if I see any problem, then have any way to solve the problem in that time? Do any conventional, Homeopathy or Ayurvedic medicine or treatment will be effective after this long time? Or I have to do any action now in order to avoid further problems in future? How can I ensure future safety from any small or big sufferings?

What about Ayurvedic medicine "Gotu Kola" and "Peri Balm"? Is these helpful to recover the loss of Episiotomy? Can I use it any time after Episiotomy even after years?

  1. If you're in any pain now, dear one, I highly recommend homeopathy. It's a wonderful way to heal from this level of injury by episiotomy. Wow. So sorry to hear that.

I've helped lots of moms through pregnancy, labor and beyond through the years, so my opinion is: There's absolutely nothing better than homeopathy.

In a deeper way, homeopathy restores equilibrium, at the level when it first becomes disrupted, before symptoms manifest. So, not only will your episiotomy more quickly heal, you will at the same time optimize health down the line - in the 2 or 5 years you mentioned, without a relapse of your original condition.  It also means your breast milk will have a healthy quality, your emotions will be balanced in the context of hormonal shifts, and you will rapidly, safely, naturally, and affordably heal from other physical problems.

If you can consult with a professional homeopath, that's the best situation. If not, however, there's a lot you can do on your own. I recommend parents purchase a couple of self-help acute care books on homeopathy, and a home remedy kit. (If local stores carry homeopathic remedies, a kit is not necessary.) My moms like "Homeopathic Medicine at Home" by Panos and Heimlich, and also "Homeopathy for Pregnancy, Birth, and Your Baby's First Year" by Miranda Castro.

I looked into Ayurveda and studied herbology before learning homeopathy. Given you're probably breastfeeding - or, even if not - herbs have side effects, whereas homeopathic remedies do not. The former is a physiological dosage, whereas homeopathy provides a gentle energetic stimulus to your self-healing mechanism. Also important, homeopathic remedies will not counteract with other substances and drugs you might take, alternative or conventional.

Homeopathy is the best way I know to avoid problems in the future. My own family has been drug-free for many years, including our pets. My own daughter is pregnant, and we're already starting a second generation on homeopathic health care (homeopathy strengthens both the pregnant mother and her unborn baby).

    Good luck, sweetie.
