  1. yeah eat well in the ''sw7oor''and when u break ur fast&take vitamines too.

  2. Hi Pinka, Kul sana wenty tayeba :)

    * start to take vitamins pills from now on till Ramadan..

    * eat more green salads and nuts" which contains high amount of   essences your body need"

    * get a nap in the afternoon

    * dont eat more than you are used to in the breakfast, cause that will make you feeling a lot tired, instead eat as normal and eat something after Esha' prayer, and keep your eyes on the fruits ..

    * eat lots of Arasya or the dried plum, it gives you instant refresh..

and what Lovely Diamond and Moonrise said was helpful too.. all the answerers really..

good luck baby.. Rabena yatakabbal isA

  3. Try practising fasting 10 days before Ramadan. First couple of days skip the morning tea or coffee and decrease the amount of your breakfast, then avoid breakfast all together and have a snack at about noon.  Decrease the amount of food intake step by step at your convenience.  Also if you smoke, you should defenitely decrease your nicotine intake. Ramadan Kareem.

  4. eat more at the time you are allow to eat.

  5. iman is right

  6. When you wake up to eat,eat more then you can wake up late but you have to be awake on some part to feel as if your fasting.

make sure you stay in a nice cool area so you don't feel hot

wash your mouth out to keep it from over drying (but make sure you don't drink it of course)

    take a shower.

wash your face(it always keeps me refreshed)

  7. about suhour , if you cant wake up for this meal, eat right before you sleep.

    the best dishes are ,

foul medames to keep you feeling full ,add olive oil and lemon ,

yoghurt is good to avoid heartburn and being thirsty ,

white cheese which isnt salty so as not to get thirsty ,

drink some water , but not too much so that your stomach wouldnt float !

if you wake up before dawn, drink cold water to feel good .

when you feel hot during the day , have a shower .

when you think you want to break your fast ,

Remember the people in the past who lived in the desert , fasted , and didnt have much to break their fast with,

Remember all the poor people who cant afford a good meal for breakfast or suhour ,

Remember the grades you will get when your soul rises and your hasanat would allow you to be admitted to PARADISE .

Remember that those who dont do obey God will go straight to h**l.

Remember that if you break your fast , you have to feed others or give them an amount of cash= to your meal.but it must be that you really cant , not dala3 !

kul sana winti wi el kul hena tayebeen.

  8. Eating sugar and starchy food at suhur makes us hungry and week the following day. Try to eat yogurt, salad, arish cheese, beans( fool without bread) instead of sweets.

  9. try not to eat spicy food or food full of fats at night, don't drink to much pepsi or coke like drinks late at night.

at "sehour" eat things like cheese, bread, beans, yogurt, scrambled egg is good too, and drink water only.

try to keep your self busy in something during the day, work or study, and when you come home you can take a nap (not long one) until sunset. or watch tv, or you can read something interesting to you as your favorite magazines you usually cant find time to read, or do homework's tasks which doesn't involve a lot of intellectual attention.

(the best for me) take a walk for an hour or something (or running) before the sunset by 1 or 2 hours,

and after you came back from walking you can take a refreshing cold shower and then read some Quaran. and then enjoy your breakfast by the sunset :O)
