How to backup DVR (Digital Video Recorder) through network on a hard disk?

I have Samsung DVR model SVR-950E. It has got 5 cameras and 250GB HDD. i want to move the files from HDD to some place on my backup server. How can i do that?

The software that came with it does not work. Their is no manual about operating software. I emailed the tech support and it's been 3 days they havent answered. I am running out of space on HDD. so please help
