  1. BAKED CHICKEN

    3 c. cooked chicken

    1/4 c. celery

    1/2 tsp. salt

    1/4 tsp. baking powder

    3/4 c. broth or milk

    3/4 c. buttered crumbs for top

    3 c. soft bread crumbs

    1 tsp. onion

    1/8 tsp. pepper

    1 egg

    1 can cream of mushroom soup

    Grease 1 quart casserole; brown celery, onions in butter, and add bread crumbs; brown. Add seasoning and baking powder. Then beat egg and add to broth. Add to bread mixture and add to chicken. Spread undiluted soup over top with buttered crumbs. If you wish, you can also use toasted almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

    1.SESAME BAKED CHICKEN

    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    1 tablespoon Gravy Master

    2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    1/3 teaspoon poultry seasoning

    Salt and pepper to taste

    1/3 cup sesame seeds

    1 (2 1/2 to 3 pound) frying chicken, cut up

    Arrange chicken pieces in baking pan in single layer. Combine lemon juice, Gravy Master, oil and poultry seasoning. Brush over chicken pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and sesame seeds. Cover and bake at 400 [degree symbol] F. for one hour. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.

    2.ITALIAN HONEY MUSTARD BAKED CHICKEN

    4 boneless skinless chicken b*****s

    1/3 c. Italian dressing (T. Marzetti's is recommended)

    1 bulb garlic (or less/more to your taste)

    3/4 tbsp mustard powder

    3/4 tbsp honey

    2 tsp salt

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    1. Place Chicken in a glass casserole dish that has a cover.

    2. Sprinkle salt over chicken.

    3. Pour italian dressing over chicken.

    4. Peel cloves from Garlic Bulb and scatter them over the chicken.

    5. Sprinkle mustard powder over chicken.

    6. Drizzle Honey over chicken.

    7. Cover casserole dish and bake for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.

    Serves 4.

    BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN

    1/2 cup all purpose flour

    1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)

    2 tsp dried basil leaves

    1 tsp dried oregano leaves

    1/2 tsp salt

    1/2 tsp pepper

    1/2 tsp garlic

    1/4 cup butter

    1/3 cup milk

    6 split chicken b*****s

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    In 13x9in baking pan melt butter in oven. Meanwhile in bowl mix all ingredients exept milk and chicken.

    Dip chicken b*****s in milk and then coat in flour mixture. Dip chicken in butter then place skin side up in pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and golden brown.

    (Parmesan cheese forms a crunchy coating on this oven-baked chicken.)

    BARBEQUE BAKED CHICKEN

    1/4 c. salad oil

    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

    3/4 c. water

    2 tbsp. vinegar

    1/2 tsp. salt

    1/2 c. chopped onion

    1 c. chopped green pepper

    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

    3 tbsp. brown sugar

    Chicken

    Combine ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil, before pouring over chicken, cover and bake. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until tender. Remove cover last 15 minutes. Optional: Chicken can be skinned before cooking.

  2. I like to smoother it in bbq sauce and top it with red and green bell peppers and red onions and pepperjack cheese and bake it. Mm sooo good.

  3. Chicken Roast.

    Roast in a preheated 180C (350F) for 25 minutes per lb, add 20minutes if it is stuffed.

    If cooking covered or in an oven bag reduce time to 18 minutes per lb.

    For a crisper skin (open bag) increase temperature to 200C (400F) for the last 10-15 minutes.

    Allow to rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.

    Also my friend makes chicken marinated in Raspberry Vinagerette Salad Dressing and then cooks it on the grill and it is good.


  6. This is my favorite recipe with chicken breast in the oven!!

    BREADED CHICKEN BREAST WITH PEAS!!!

    I cut the chicken breast in thin slices and pound it to make it thin. Then I bread it with bread crumbs. I put the chicken first in flour.Then in eggs beated with salt and alittle milk. ( I put parmesan cheese in my egg-optional)  Then in Bread crumbs! In baking dish- put olive oil on bottom. BAKE breaded chicken in oven! Turn after bottom is cooked!

    While that is in oven- on stove top, I put oil in pan. i fry up a little cut up bacon(OPTIONAL) onions, and garlic. And then I add  bag frozen sweet peas. Add seasonings( salt, garlic powder, oregano, basil, Italian seasonings, pepper, etc) Anything you have! When chicken is cooked- add those sweet peas on top of chicken and put mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken. IT is so good! If you don't like the peas then you can do with tomatoe sauce is also good.(CHICKEN PARMIGIANO!) But this is so good. My mom told me how to make this and it;s delicious!!!

  7. no matter how you condiment it.... it is always great just to stick an entire lime and onion inside, the chicken absorbs the lime and it's delicious!

  8. 1 pkg of Lipton Garlic & Herb Seasoning mix

    1 can of beer

    1 whole chicken

    Salt & pepper to taste

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Clean chicken both inside and out and pat dry.  Add salt & pepper to the inside cavity of the chicken.  Mix enough of the beer into the seasoning mix to create a paste and spread liberally over the outside of the chicken.  Leave about half of the beer in the can.  Place the beer in to the cavity so the chicken stands up.  Bake till juice runs clear from the breast (about 45 min - 1 hour).
