I've got an important event coming up soon and I've got loads of spots! Mainly on my forehead and nose and around the t-zone. Has anyone got any beauty regimes they could share with me? Or any tips on getting rid of spots quickly and keeping skin looking nice? I really wish I could have perfect, flawless skin.

  1. I would advise you to use Zenmed's Derma Cleanse Acne Gel, which is a completely herbal product that works very well for getting rid of  facial acne, spots and zits. I had used it for clearing acne and I'm very satisfied with its effectiveness, so would advise you to also try it out.

It would not only clear up your spots quickly but would also open clogged pores that would help to accelerate the healing process, and reduce the redness and swelling that spots appear with at times. Using this product for getting rid of pimples or spots, you will not find much scars being left. So go for it, it really works

  2. You Might find exfoliating once a week helps and i swear by Ester Lauder Splash away face wash. But to be honest i think spots are hormonal and you'll probably be better off going to the doctors and seeing if they can prescribe something.

I also find eating loads of fruit helps.... know it's boring.

I've been there with spots, they can get you down. Good luck!

  3. Reports say that women in china are using a condom lubricant to good effect, no joking. So it might be an idea to give something similar a try, say boots own lubricant or KY jelly, might work, certainly would do no harm.

  4. well for me what always works best is drinking loads of water, and actually not putting anything on your skin except your skin care routine for a few days i.e no make up to-to let your skin breathe.

if you live somewhere hot, get a bit of sun on your face always helps me

and eat well, cut out all processed stuff and stock up on fruit, vegetables and low fat foods :)

dont dont dont pick them cos they always end up worse, and might scar

also you could try putting your face over a bowl of hot water (not on your face!!!) to open up pores if you really need to squeeze them!

    hope this helps!!

  5. Yeah. What i so is i use neotrogina clean and clear the wash and the face mask combo. it really works to keep my skin clear, as alot of things don't usually work well for me.

I use it in the morning and before i go to sleep. Once a week, using the mask and the other days using the wash, rubbing thoroughly and quickly. Then wash off.

It really does work. Good luck.

  6. If you're going to an 'important event', what's most worrying is that you believe people judge you by appearance...

Spots are a part of growing up; both Acne (which is NOT down to hygiene) and bacterium spots. Either way, be proud of you are - spots are only skin deep.

  7. im with you on that one

  8. what i always do is use cleansing wipes and they surface and the spots will be easier to pop. Then use some healing cream to stop the redness do this probably couples hours before you go to sleep. Works really well for me, i wake up the next day with hardly anything.

My mum was a beauty student so she knew alot about beauty and health

    Hope this helps you. x

  9. I use the old ways of what I've been told:

+ Tooth Paste dries the spot out & causes less redness.

+ Savlon is also brilliant & gets to work quickly

+ Dove soap as it's PH Neutural, I wash my face 3 times a day.

All the above has left me with pretty good skin.  P.s Drink loads of water!!
