Ok in football I am tired of being called a whimp or something by my other offensive lineman friends. I'm 13 and 155 pounds (160 is weight limit) and I just can't get the guy. I've allready been thinking about lifting weights and doing more push ups but I want to know how do I really make that big HIT on the other team, I want to be pretty much feared by the defensive lineman. Any tips on how I can get better?
