How to be a GREAT Office Coordinator?

I'm starting a job as an Office Coordinator in a Real Estate / Investors Business and I really want to do my BEST so I was wondering if any of you guys had any experience in this sort of environment and/or job and could give me any GOOD tips.

  1. Try to be extremely efficient,and also very organized. Be open minded! When a lead comes in,try to pass the info on quickly! Split the gathering up,so that more than one is working to close the deal. Sometimes,if you divide the necessary things,you can conquer more.
