How to be a better goalie?

Im a Girl

15 years of age

playing in a open womens team

im 5"8 i think

or 163cm

i can save penalty shots

and im pretty good as all the teams say

except i lost my diving skills

can anyone give me some tips?

have a parent or a friend throw a ball to your left and as you dive catch it and throw it back to them and then have them throw it to your right dive catch and throw it back, keep this up for a couple of mins doing alternate sides, doing it as fast as you can.

to become a better goalie you should stop goals.....jk well you should anyway first off all don't be scare off the ball or getting injured trying to stop the ball. For your diving skills i guess just practice. Tell your friends to kick it to the sides while you are in the middle and try to stop it. Other than that just practice.....and try to learn how to read people so you know what they are going to do next worked for me so you should be able to do it too

I'm 14 and I'm a goalie, every week 2 times a week i have a goalie trainer. we work one on one with everything, diving, distributing, spotting ball, i play on a premier team and last season i let in 2 goals the whole season.

try practicing diving or else you will never gain you diving skills

PENALTY SHOTS WILL HELP! IF DIVING WHILE UR SRANDING HURTS THEN PRACTICE DIVING ON UR KNEES! THAT IS WAT I DO! AND IT HELPS! GOOD LUCK!

You sound really good.  Except Diving is a very important part of a goalkeeper.  go on youtube and type in goalkeeper saves and watch the 1st one.  Watch some of the saves made.  if you like the way one of the guys makes a save try and immitate him by jumping on your bed or on the ground and get someone to film you. keep practicing until it works or looks right.  or you could just try to do it without all the filming.
