  1. A leader isn't someone who just provides direction to others there more of a mix of things that is hard to describe, they listen to what people have to say and suggest idea's and ways to make things run more smoothly, a leader is a leader when there own life experiences can help make a situation better, i'm a leader in as much of a way as someone who has experience in a certain area of skills, everyone is a leader because there incharge of there own lives.

  2. Have some idea of the path to take. That is the number one thing, I reckon.

    Sometimes I am.

  3. NOBODYS AA GOOD LEADER BECAUSE EVERY BODY HAS DONRE SOMETHING BADD

    IN THERE LIFES

  4. Good Decorum essential the way you behave is as important as the way you speak. The idea of being a leader does not sit well for the reason there are skills each person has which if combined might remove the necessity for a Leader. For example a person might have computer skills, another carpentry, another writing, another art. To have a leader would leave out the combined skills of each for the reason they would look to The Leader.  Cross train people and train them well and they may not require a Leader they would know what to do and be in the habit of doing what needs to be done without relying  upon anyone else. Computer Courses and such offer this. Then knowledge will be in place for generations . Likely already done.

  5. Walk more, talk more, promise more. I m leader with no follower.

  6. Lead by example. If people want to follow, let them. If not, don't try to coerce them.

  7. lead by example, have compassion for the people you are leading .
