How to be a test pilot for Boeing?

I don't intend on doing so, just curious. How do you get this job?

my bet would be most are ex military test pilots. that attended  The United States Naval Test Pilot School (USNTPS) . Students include Navy, Marine, Air Force and Army officers, civil service engineers, and students from other nations. USNTPS teaches all Army test pilots, and has an exchange program with the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School at Edwards Air Force Base, California, the Empire Test Pilot School at Boscombe Down, England and the EPNER Test Pilot School in Istres, France. About a fifth of each class is filled by civil service engineers. USNTPS is the only source of helicopter test pilots and engineers in the U.S. government or industry. Navy graduates normally serve a 30-36 month follow-on tour at the Naval Air Warfare Center.

There is the National Test Pilot School (NTPS) the only civilian school of the seven largest test pilot schools in the world. Located at the Mojave Spaceport in Mojave, California, the school attracts students primarily from commercial aircraft manufacturers and foreign air forces. NTPS offers a variety of courses for both test pilots and flight test engineers, ranging from 3-day specialty seminars to year-long Master's Degree courses, through the associated National Flight Test Institute.

The school was established in 1981 by retired test pilot Sean Roberts to fill a need for an institution that catered to non-military test pilots. In February, 1994, the National Flight Test Institute was established as the degree-granting branch of NTPS

You'd need a huge amount of experience, and a near perfect record for safety and attendance. And it probably wouldn't hurt to get to know some people at Boeing.
