  1. First off you have to be in love with yourself; next you have to believe in yourself, last you have to envision your goals and see yourself getting them.

Edit Tank: <makes noise in kitchen; comes out with tray; hands it to him> here you are; eat healthy,

  2. Get a good education and follow your dreams.

  3. get married then divorced in a lifetime alimony state and or have kid's.

  4. Women are already empowered far too much.  What more do you want?

  5. First, realize that misogynists, like the ones who have posted trash here, are utterly beneath you.

  6. Live your life as you see fit, rely on no one for anything, live up to your own standards

  7. What is it you want to do?

Think about that question, hard, and about how you will achieve your goals.

    Then do it.

    Best wishes :-)

  8. Great question!

The first thing is..as I say in many of my answers..give up the "damsel in distress" mindset that society has conditioned us to have. If a boy isn't treating you right, tell him to hit the road. Don't cry about it to anyother boy you like and want him to feel sorry for you, or something like that. Be accountable for everything you do! Don't be a victim!

Second of all, have a positive self image. Limit watching tv to 1-3 shows you cannot live without, and don't watch the commercials. The goal of advertizing is to make you feel inferior, and they are very effective at it. For every negative thing you say to/about yourself say five positive things. If you don't like something about yourself (i.e. weight), be proactive and start making small changes, don't be self-destructive and continue unhealthy habits.

Dream big, get an education to justify the dream, and make that dream happen.

Stick up for what you believe in

"To thine own self be true"..don't try to mold yourself to be the quintissential feminist or anit-feminist or feminine woman or anything else!

    Good Luck :)

edit: I agree with Tracey, note that the misogynistic comments here are from a very, very small minority of men. Some are joking, the rest are wounded souls who use this as a coping mechanism for their misery.
