       - Look for positive in others

       - Dwell into things u njoy the most

       - Identify the right company and friends and stay with them

       - Maintain good health n  clean habits

       - Sleep early in nights and get up early in the mornings

       - Most important is to make others happy n you ll remain so forever

  3. It may not matter! You should be yourself, and even if that's a secluded person with the social botherences, that doesn't matter.

    But if you want to change (and become a happier, more cheerful person) I suggest just keeping away from the sadder, more depressing things in life for a while and in your spare time watch comedy, just watch, read and immerse yourself in funny, enlightening things.

    Your mood, wellbeing and everything will seem lighter.

    Entertaining friends and family with jokes and plain randomness is my way of being happy. And I'm one of the happiest people ever :)

  4. Just stay patient and calm at all times. Try not to get frustrated, and when you do, remove yourself from the situation.

    If someone says something to you or about you, just smile and walk away, because, in the end, you are the better person, and they will get frustrated that you are not reacting and give up.

    Always think positive, looking at thinhs positely and you will feel positive.

    But seriously.. look on the brighter side? Look about how you live better than others, some of your friends, or some of your family. How you could be on the street begging for money or have your power shut off and not know when it's going to get turned back on.

    Think about how youve bettered yourself in the past year, or how you could have said something back to that one person but descided it wasnt worth your breath.

    Just be thankful, that's the real hapiness in it all. Right?
