How to be natural ?

Hello again:-).I guess a life counting,should be a life spent.That is because,when u count ,u rumble ur mind.Isnt that a high price,for such a sensual organ?Life is full of sumbols,we should take a path.Then how can it be, that the ruthless logic machine,turns to a robinsonas?With robinsonas here,i mean natural,where natural is defined by nature.Then,how can it be that we discover life everyday,reviving our natural instict?
