How to be psychic? please tell me how?

im only 13, plz dont tell me about going out and medidtating because i live in a desert. i can do meditation at home only.

russians had a psychic practise,its closing your eyes and concentrating your whole being in one small spot in the body.

they used to put there mind in their finger tips and were able to tell what colour was on the underside of cards,without looking.

another easy practise is closing your eyes and picturing yourself in a different part of the room.up in the corner or something,try visualizing what that perspective would be like...make it real!!!!!!

I don't think you can BECOME psychic, but you can become more aware to what people's feelings are by simply staying observant. Body language gives away a lot. Go to the website I listed as my "source" to learn more.
