How to be the BEST at dance camp?

I am going to this dance camp. How can I be the best?? I already practiced my dance at least 5 times last night, but how else can I be the best?

  1. Dancing isn't always about being the best... But, since you asked the question, you can up your dancing by stretching every night and when you wake up also (hamstrings, quads, calves, biceps and triceps, back)... So that the movements you execute in relation to extension are awesome and high... You can work on you instrument: your body... Try doing sit ups or crunches, butt ups, push ups...  If you don't have the best feet, try exercises for your feet... Using resistance (a theraband or some kind of thick elastic band...  looks like this: http://www.bodylab.co.nz/therabands/Ther... Lastly, you should try working on your turnout... Do froggies and middle splits and your left and right splits until you have touched the ground (and if you already touch the ground do oversplits: putting your front or back leg on a chair and being in the splits from there LIKE THIS: http://images.dance.net/images/167/samov...
