You need to be very quick to play on grass so youwould need to be quick, and have nice, and strong shots, and placement is needed! The closest people who can beat him is: Nadal, Baghdatis.  

Bahdatis can keep a good ralley so that is why he can win!

Go back to an old-school serve and volley game, it could easily punch a hole in federer's all-around style. Unfortunately (or fortunately for the federer fans) none of the top players really have a solid serve and volley game. Roddick is getting close, however he has a more baseliner game

Well, you have to keep consistent. Get about 80% of first serves in. Attack his backhand and go for your shots. Attack net when you need to, and take advantage of short balls so you can hit them for winners. =0
