  1. what is safe toilet syndrome?

  2. are you talking about like a phobia with toilets? like you think there is germs and stuff on it? i guess just keep the toilet clean, i don treally know what safe toilet syndrome is....

  3. Honestly you will move into this naturally, after being with my partner for nine years there are no issues there anymore.  What may help you is to place a radio in the restroom so that you are able to go in and turn it on so that you can't hear what else is happening in the house and you know that he/she can't hear what business you are doing.  You could also take some laxative first thing after moving in which will take the choice and mental block out of the options, this will cause you to break in that new toilet.  Be sure that you place enough of your stuff in the restrooms in order to feel at home and comfortable there.  This is an issue of relaxation, so relax, it is your home and no matter who you are you have to sh+t so he/she will be doing business there too.  You have to let your guard down and allow your body to relax, you may find that taking your number twos while your partner is away may let you become more comfortable with the house and then after a while you will reach full comfort with their being around.  Good luck, just be glad that it isn't IBS like I have, that takes away all ability to have safe toilet syndrome ; )  A link is below for you to check out.  From a person who has IBS perspective you will be amazed at how understanding your partner will be, communicate with them and don't start worrying because stress is the root of the issue for you to begin with.
