  1. Since you are being active in the hot weather will is a lot harder to stay cool but we can try right?

When you're outside try to do the basics - make sure your cooling system in the car is working properly, get an oil change, go easy on the gas pedel (more power - more heat), park in the shade and get a windshield reflective screen.

If you can, buy a beaded seat cover, it may seem odd but the beads will make an air layer between your body and seat to aid in cooling. Plus they the pressure can releave muscle tension.

Use the car's A/C blower on recirculating, it will recool the same air in the car, cutting down the time before it feels cooler.

Drink lots of water! Heat stroke is no joke and sweating, while less than lady-like, does a great job of cooling your skin if you are hydrated enough. Avoid sugar and caffine, both will make it feel hotter than really it is.

Window vents - While they may look a bit silly they are very good at allowing the hot air out and allow you to leave the windows up and not worry about getting dirt/rain in when you leave the car.

Tinted windows - while an investment can be a big help. Remember to check local laws, as most have limits (if any) to how much tinting you can have on the driver and front passenger windows.

Solar Window Fan - while I am not sure how much it will help, for $15 even 1 degree cooler might be worth it.

Sorry but that is all I can think of, hope the heat lets up soon.
