    White sugar

    Volaise

    Vellum

    Urea

    Tallow

    Suet

    There ingredients are either animal parts or dairy..

  2. Vegan and Vegetarians are two different things!

    Vegan-NO USE OF ANIMALS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. [[i.e. eggs,milk,cheese,yougurt.]]

    (but they have vegan milk cheese yougurt etc in some stores!)

    Vegetarians-EATS NO MEAT [[i.e. fish, chicken, beef, etc.]] BUT USES ANIMAL SKIN/FUR AS CLOTHES.

    im not bashing either one. cause im vegan myself. but her is the vegan food pyramid.

    go at your own pace. dont just jump into it. you might crash and burn. it was easy for me b/c i didnt really like meat anyways. hope i helped!

  3. Do u want to be vegetarian or vegan?

    If vegan i'd suggest going vegetarian first,

    free range eggs only.

    i've been vegetarian 4 years and have just recently gone vegan.

    You have to slowly take the dairey out of your diet to avoid damaging your body.

    search on google.

    it has helpful hints.
