How to become a certified Yoga instructor in Florida?

My good friend who's been studying Yoga for close to three years, is now interested in becoming an instructor. She's been "privately" giving friends & family instruction for a few months now & wants to go legit. How hard is it to become certified in Florida (Orlando)? Is it very expensive?
